The idea of Aero Shake is to let us focusing our concentration on one window by minimizing other windows. You shake the window and the others will be minimized. Some of us probably like it but there are some others that don’t use it at all. If you don’t need it as well, you can disable Aero Shake easily through the Local Group Policy Editor.
