Before you can open or download the full size version of a picture in Google Image Search, you have to visit the web page from where the picture comes. In some situations, this isn’t necessarily bad or inefficient. You probably prefer to click the thumbnail once it is displayed to get the full size, but if you wait for the web page to finish the loading you might find more interesting pictures. Anyway, if what you really need is to open the full size picture as fast as you can, there is a way to get it in just one click, but this one is just for Firefox users.
Google Image Help

Install Google Image Help. Firefox users can use this extension to open a picture directly in full size without having to visit the original web page. Just right-click a picture and select “open full size google image”. If you take a look at the right corner of your Firefox browser, you’ll notice a new icon. Clicking this icon will open all of the pictures–that are currently being displayed in Google Image Search–at once in a new tab.
