Reset Google Chrome Settings to Default Without Reinstalling




Google Chrome provides many options to customize its settings so you can change the way it works according to your liking. However, there is always a chance that someday you mess up the Chrome settings and you absolutely have no idea of which setting that you should fix. In a situation like this, the fast way to fix the settings is to reset all the Chrome settings back to default.

How to Reset Google Chrome Setting to Default:

  1. Click the tools button in Chrome and select “Option”.

  3. Open the “Under the Hood” tab. The “Reset to defaults” button is located at the bottom right. Click it.
