Bulk Image Resizer is a multiple image resizer freeware for Windows that can resize multiple pictures at once even if each picture is located in different folder. There is also a number of additional supportive resizing features such as the ability to reduce JPEG quality to produce JPEG pictures at smaller size. The picture formats that are supported include JPG, PNG, BMP and GIF.

This freeware also enables you to rename the resized pictures all at once in case you want the file names to be different than the file names of the original pictures. There is no limitation on how many pictures you want to resize. In other words, you can resize multiple pictures as many as you want. This program does its job pretty fast and also multi threaded to take advantage of multi core cpu.

Bulk Image Resizer requires Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 2000, 2003, 98, 95, NT or ME with Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 installed.
