Unlock Locked Folder & File in Windows Explorer Easily Without Restarting Windows

Locked folder or file is annoying. What is more annoying is, probably, the fact that Windows only shows you a reason but doesn’t actually pinpoint the source of the trouble. For example, if a folder cannot be deleted because it is used by a program, which program that uses it? Windows only prompt a message saying an annoying message that the folder is being used, but not saying what is currently using it. You wait for a few minutes, thinking that it would get back to normal and then you can delete the folder, but it still cannot be deleted. You try to stop the explorer process through the task manager, but the folder cannot still be deleted. Frustating.
