Photoshop Express has already been available for use on iPad, which allows users to edit photos on iPad. As most of you know, Photoshop Expres is the free, streamlined version of Adobe Photoshop. Some may argue that it is much better to use PC to edit photos. Personally, I think using PC is best for a heavy photo editing task.
