Windows Theme Installer is portable so you just need to unzip it to be able to run it. Launch the application and replace each file with the ones provided in the theme you’re about to install, then click the “apply theme” button. All themes that you install will be listed in the program, enabling you to apply any theme in just a click of a button. You can also remove any theme easily. Windows Theme Installer also provides a restore function to change everything back to its default state.
