Click on the "Next" button to continue.

In the "What do you want to back up?" section, choose the files and folders that you want to include in the backup. You can also click on the "Let me choose" option to customize the backup.

Click on the "Next" button to continue.

In the "How often do you want to run the backup?" section, choose how often you want the backup to run. You can also click on the "Back up now" button to run the backup immediately.

Once the backup is complete, you can restore your files from the HDD partition if needed. To restore the backup, follow the same steps as above and select the "Restore my files" option in the Backup and Restore window.
