In the Disk Management window, find the internal hard drive that you want to clone and right-click on it.
Select the "Clone Disk" option from the menu.
In the next window, select the external hard drive as the destination for the clone.
Click "Start" to begin the cloning process. This may take some time depending on the amount of data on the internal hard drive.
