Create New Partition in Windows Server

Geeks - To create a new partition in Windows Server, you will need to use the Disk Management tool. Here's how to do it:

Open the Disk Management tool by pressing the Windows key + R, typing "diskmgmt.msc" into the Run dialog, and then pressing Enter.

Right-click on the unallocated space on the hard drive where you want to create the new partition, and select "New Simple Volume" from the context menu.

In the New Simple Volume Wizard, follow the on-screen instructions to specify the size of the new partition, the drive letter you want to assign to it, and the file system you want to use (such as NTFS or FAT32).

When the wizard is finished, the new partition will appear in the Disk Management tool and you can use it just like any other drive on your system.

Keep in mind that you can only create a new partition if you have unallocated space on your hard drive. If all of your hard drive's space is already allocated to existing partitions, you will need to delete one of those partitions and free up some space before you can create a new one.
