To clone a SSD to a HDD in Windows 10, 8, or 7, you can use the built-in Disk Management tool or a third-party cloning software. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to do it:

Back up your important data on the SSD, as the cloning process will overwrite the data on the HDD.

Connect the HDD to your computer using a SATA cable or an external USB enclosure.

Open the Disk Management tool by pressing the Windows key + R, typing "diskmgmt.msc" in the Run dialog box, and pressing Enter.

Right-click on the SSD and select "Shrink Volume" to shrink the partition on the SSD to the desired size for the HDD.

Right-click on the shrunken partition and select "Create Simple Volume". Follow the on-screen instructions to create a new partition on the HDD.

Right-click on the new partition on the HDD and select "Format". Choose the NTFS file system and a suitable cluster size, and then click "OK" to format the partition.

Download and install a third-party cloning software, such as EaseUS Todo Backup or Macrium Reflect.

Launch the cloning software and select the SSD as the source disk and the HDD as the destination disk.

Follow the on-screen instructions to clone the SSD to the HDD. This process may take some time depending on the size of the SSD and the speed of your computer.

Once the cloning is complete, disconnect the HDD and restart your computer.

Enter the BIOS settings by pressing the appropriate key (usually F2, F12, Del, or Esc) during boot.
